Once upon a time there was a girl named Paige. She purchased a pair of black cargo pants at Aeropostle. And Yey the pants were very gay and there was much rejoicing. Paige took the pants home and wore them with pride. "Yey!"
On the second day she realized that the pants were far to large and the only thing keeping them on was her belt. "yay!"
And so a return trip was mused.  During this time she dyed her roommate’s hair pink. then before going to work doused the bathroom in bleach to clean up the pink stains "YEY!"
Splashed did she bleach on the black pants.

Wise was Paige as she took black marker and colored the pants. YAY!

Ha ha! Thought Paige. I can return these pants. As it's a silly chain store they will not notice the marker covered stain.. YAY!

And so return Paige did. Without incident. YEY!

That night at work Paige did wear her new smaller size and unstained black cargo pants...

And yeh, did Paige look down at her lap to see a huge glaring white spot. For the pants that she picked up quickly without inspecting them from the rack had a nice tear in the fabric.

And the Moral of the story is.  Karma is real. It's  a bitch and it's got a sense of irony.
yey!

So, you're taking a black marker to the under-pants then?

the same thing happened to me once.... only it was a very unfortunate accident that involved marinera sauce and a cell phone.

Aye, Karma....I can't do anything there.....I'm sorry dear. Hope you like sewing...unless you like the tear and want to use it as a conversation piece;)
